1. A coat of black nail polish.

2. Dab a white nail polish with a sponge

3. Dab a deep blue and turquoise nail polish with the same sponge

 

4. Paint a thin coat of white glitter nail polish

Pink Neon Nails

Nedá mi to a musím pochválit laky na nehty značky Norma Zlín. Mám tento neonový růžový a také žlutý - vypadají přesně jako fixy zvýrazňovače. A oba jsou výborné. Rychle schnou, po zaschnutí sice zmatní, ale tím jsou zajímavé, anebo stačí nanést vrstvu průhledného laku :)
/I have to recommend Norma Zlín nail polishes, 'cause they're perfect. I have this neon pink nail polish and the yelow one. And I love them both. They dry quick, after drying, the layer is opaque, but it's interesting. Or you can apply a layer of the transparent nail polish :)
